Daniel appeared on Sonny Black's 'Free Spirit' album in 1994, which also featured Paul Lamb and Johnny Whitehill. He recorded his first solo album ('Preservation Hall') that year, before launching his solo career with 'Southside Boogie' and forming the Daniel Smith Blues Band in 1999. This directly led to BBC Radio 2 appearances, establishing his name.... and the rest is history.
For full details of all of Daniel's 17 albums released 1995-2019, see the 'DISCOGRAPHY' section.
